	Rezumat: There are relatively few entailment heuristics that exploit the directional nature of the entailment relation. This paper discusses some directional methods that achieve this task. We describe our method which uses Corley and Mihalcea (2005) formula combined with the condition that must hold for the entailment to be true (Tatar et al, 2009). We have also experimented with possible derivations of this condition. We show the results that we have obtained using our applications for the RTE-1 development dataset.
